One of the things that I've been stuck on, is what I want to get into for art (as a hobby). I get distracted very easily and never get anything finished. Just recently, I've run across zbrush and am now drooling to get into 3d rendering... again
But at the same time, I'm inspired to push my 18 year old illustration skill and do something with that. On top of several hundred other things. Simply, I'm looking for something simple. But "unique" to those around me.
I dropped out of PNCA. Didn't like the school and wasn't interested in where it was headed. A more fine arts based school. Wasn't my cup of tea. What I really want to do is cook. So I got into Le Cordon Bleu for Culinary Arts. Definitely the program for me. Totally jazzed about it.
But I don't want to just give up on art. I still want to work with it, even if it is just a hobby.
I'm going to dabble in a few things some more and get some hands on experience. Make some "education" opinions around mediums. I'll also start posting food photos when I start making my portfolio for school.
